As part of the renovation of an office building in central Manchester into a mixed use residential and leisure property the developer wanted to give the external facade a complete refresh. 

This included changing and spraying of window units, cladding of the lift shaft and extended top floor and brick tinting of all the external brickwork to a more contemporary anthracite colour blend.

We worked with the client, architect, planners, and contractor to create a bespoke colour blend that met all the requirements and planning stipulations and set about transforming the external appearance of the property.

​Currently still on site with work set for completion in Spring 2024, we will update with completed images of the full works as soon as scaffolding has been removed.
